This is a pre-opening position reporting to the Laundry / Valet Supervisor, responsible for the timely collection and delivery of guest laundry and pressing services with discretion, efficiency, and the highest level of personalized service.

What You Will Do

• Support pre-opening activities including setting up delivery systems, labeling processes, storage organization, and familiarization with room layouts and service flows.
• Collect, log, and deliver guest laundry and dry-cleaning items across guest rooms, suites, and residences according to brand standards.
• Ensure prompt return of garments with attention to accuracy, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain clear records of pick-up and drop-off timings and item conditions.
• Assist with delivery of pressed uniforms and linens when needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members while respecting privacy and service etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in delivery areas, trolleys, and back-of-house corridors.
• Report any guest concerns, damaged items, or service delays to the supervisor.
