Infrastructure Engineer (KSA)

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers. Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V). Support storage systems (SAN / NAS) and backup / recovery solutions. Perform routine system monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting. Assist with networking tasks (switches, firewalls, VPN, load balancers). Document configurations and procedures. Collaborate with senior engineers for system upgrades and projects. Participate in on-call support and incident resolution. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience in on-prem infrastructure support / engineering. Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS administration. Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization. Basic knowledge of storage solutions and backup systems. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN). Familiarity with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
