Organizational Performance Lead
to join our office in Riyadh, KSA. Shortlisted candidate will be responsible for driving the alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable performance across the company. The role reports directly to the CEO. This role ensures that strategic initiatives are executed effectively, performance indicators are tracked and reported transparently, and departments are held accountable for results. The role supports decision-making and enables a culture of performance, delivery, and continuous improvement. Roles and Responsibilities
A. Performance Framework Design & Implementation
Translate strategic goals into execution plans and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets Support the rollout and governance of corporate performance management frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OKRs). Develop execution roadmaps, workstreams, and implementation plans aligned with strategic goals.
B. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Define KPIs, success metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor initiative progress. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting tools to track progress and inform decision-making Coordinate quarterly and monthly performance reviews chaired by the CEO Support the implementation of strategy execution platforms (e.g., OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, or Strategy Management Systems).
C. Execution Support
Work with business units and initiative owners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of strategic initiatives. Identify and resolve execution roadblocks by facilitating decision-making and cross-functional coordination.
D. Governance & Reporting
Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms, steering committee updates, and executive presentations. Facilitate strategy review meetings and ensure escalation of critical issues to leadership.
E. Change Enablement & Alignment
Support change management efforts in collaboration with HR, PMO, and Strategy to ensure teams are aligned with strategic priorities. Assist in aligning departmental activities and resource planning with the company’s strategic execution roadmap. Facilitate interdepartmental coordination on priorities, timelines, and performance measures.
Act as a neutral enabler to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across business units — in close partnership with Finance, HR, PMO, and Strategy.
III. Minimum Requirements
Reports directly to the CEO, to ensure strategic alignment, operational execution, and seamless integration with corporate strategic objectives. Experience working with strategy execution frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, BSC). Strong project management skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Experience in public sector or technology sectors is an advantage. Fluent in English (Native Arabic speaker is a must). IV. Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in strategy execution, management consulting, transformation, or Strategy PMO roles. V. Working Condition
