Job descriptionManage and schedule paid ad campaigns across platforms. Analyze campaign data (CTR, conversion rate, engagement) and provide optimization suggestions. Stay updated on social media trends and identify viral content patterns relevant to Saudi audiences. Upload and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, Salla, Trendyol, and other platforms. Ensure all images, descriptions, and keywords meet SEO and brand standards. Coordinate with the design and supply chain teams for new product launches. Work closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging. Provide creative direction to photographers, models, and editors. Support junior staff and ensure timely delivery of all content schedules. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut). Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of what attracts viewers. Hands‑on experience with TikTok / Meta Ads and influencer collaborations is a plus. English proficiency required; knowledge of Arabic culture or experience in the GCC market preferred. Strong creative vision and attention to detail. Good communication and team coordination skills. Data‑driven mindset with understanding of audience engagement metrics. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Production
- Plan and execute short video and photo content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
- Develop product presentation ideas and guide photographers / videographers on shooting angles, lighting, and storytelling.
- Review and approve all content before publication, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing strategy.
- Maintain high creative standards and visual consistency across all channels.
