Graphic Designer ( Brand & Social Media Focus )
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid‑Senior Graphic Designer to evolve and maintain our brand identity. The role requires stewardship of visual brand guidelines, consistency across platforms, and creation of compelling assets for both internal and external communications with a strong emphasis on social media channels and brand collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Guidelines : Act as the guardian of the brand's visual identity. Create, refine, and enforce comprehensive brand style guides, templates, and asset libraries.
- Brand Collateral Design : Design high‑quality, on‑brand materials including presentations, brochures, internal communications, white papers, signage, and merchandise.
- Conceptualization : Develop design concepts for major campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Quality Control : Review and approve designs produced by other team members or external vendors to ensure strict adherence to brand standards.
- Asset Management : Organise and maintain the digital asset management system for all logos, imagery, and brand‑related files.
- Social Media Content : Design engaging and platform‑optimised graphics (static and animated GIFs) for all major social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, TikTok).
- Campaign Execution : Collaborate with the marketing team to quickly develop visual assets for fast‑paced social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Web Support : Provide design support for the website, including banners, iconography, and image optimisation, maintaining visual consistency with the overall brand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).4‑6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development and digital / social media work.Software proficiency : Expert‑level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and sound working knowledge of AI and generative AI tools.Digital skills : Solid understanding of design principles for web and social media, including optimal sizing, resolution, and accessibility standards.Portfolio : A strong, diverse, and well‑organised digital portfolio that demonstrates an excellent eye for typography, colour, composition, and brand strategy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
