Overview
The C2C Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating both the strategic planning and operational execution of C2C projects in KSA and Bahrain. This role ensures smooth operations by translating regional priorities (IBAME) into specific local actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership : Lead the credit and collections team, ensuring the effective assessment of creditworthiness for key accounts.
- Project Management : Design and execute project plans for C2C initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.
- Daily Operations : Manage daily operations by following up on collections, reserves, and disputes targets. Track incidents, coordinate resources, and resolve issues swiftly.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor key KPIs (both operational and project-related), analyze deviations, and propose action plans to address them.
- Stakeholder Alignment : Align priorities with regional and local stakeholders, facilitating effective two-way communication.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improvement in internal and external processes, and implement scalable solutions.
- Reporting : Prepare clear reports and presentations for the C2C IBAME Lead, regional management, and local teams.
- Team Coordination : Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), fostering collaboration and shared responsibility.
- Training : Train the team in new processes and maintain a close relationship with the Finance team.
- Support : Assist the C2C IBAME Lead in implementing initiatives locally.
Minimum Qualifications
Over 4 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably within C2C environments.Ability to navigate comfortably between strategic planning, KPI management, and operational coordination.High analytical capacity with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); proficiency in Arabic is preferred.Practical, solution-oriented, and resilient in high-pressure contexts.University degree in Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field.Certified Credit Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.Otis is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
