Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Recruitment cum Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, KSA, within the Recruitment & Outsourcing industry. This role combines the responsibilities of recruitment and sales, requiring the candidate to source, attract, and recruit top talent while also generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driving license , excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Identify, attract, and recruit candidates for open positions across various levels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Client Acquisition
Identify potential business opportunities by researching and prospecting for new clients.
Present and sell recruitment and outsourcing services to prospective clients.
Develop sales strategies to meet the company's sales objectives.
Client Visits
Conduct regular site visits to client locations for meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
Travel to various locations to conduct recruitment drives and candidate interviews.
Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar combined role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
