Senior Cost Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our innovative team. This senior-level role provides an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in project cost management to take the lead on major projects and drive financial success. You will play a key role in overseeing cost estimation processes, budget management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of cost management strategies across a variety of projects
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts tailored to each project's requirements
• Monitor project financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Analyze complex cost data and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to facilitate effective cost control
• Oversee the procurement process, including evaluating contracts and negotiating terms and prices with suppliers
• Manage and mentor junior cost management staff, providing guidance and support
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost estimation methodologies to ensure best practices are followed
