A Day in the Life

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and / or services.
• Promote and establish education of the company's products and / or services.
• Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
• Implement market development plans / strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and / or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and / or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
