Bulgari Middle East is looking for its next generation of retail professionals to join our magnificent Maison. DEPUTY STORE MANAGER, RIYADH (FOR SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONALS ONLY)

Responsibilities

• Act as a reference person for all staff in sale-related processes and queries on the sales floor, often quickly solving problems to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Provide feedback to the sales team and after sales team on service delivery and sales attitude.
• Act as an individual and team contributor with sales targets.
• Model an elevated client experience posture when on the shop floor, and champion best practices to the team.
• Manage clients concerns / disputes / complaints assuring that customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored.
• Approve discounts as per policy.
• Support in rota management.
• Support in analysing the business trends, both within store and local competitor market – what are the best sellers, slow sellers and how to generate business ideas to support guidelines.
• Perform back office activities coordination (when Head of Back Office is not on duty).
