Oversee daily operations of the assigned store, ensuring a luxurious and culturally sensitive customer experience Demonstrate expert knowledge of niche fragrance brands, including their ingredients, heritage, and application techniques Train and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional service tailored to Saudi clientele. Manage inventory of niche fragrances, ensuring stock availability for high-demand and exclusive products. Organize in-store animations and events to promote niche brands and drive foot traffic. Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards in store presentation and operations. Key Performance Indicators
Sales Performance : Achieve monthly sales store target Achieve benchmark KPI’s Increase store sales year-over-year Ensure 85% sell-through rate for promotional niche fragrance campaigns Drive 25% of total sales from exclusive / limited-edition fragrances.
