Lead the family medicine / PHC team, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Implement best practices, collaborate with other medical professionals, oversee training and development, and drive research initiatives to ensure top-quality primary care services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides high-quality care to patients in this area of medicine. Provide consultative service as requested. Supervise fellows, staff / assistant physicians, and residents. Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
