Assistant Sales Manager – HVAC Location : Jeddah Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts in Kuwait. This role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, developing the market, appointing distributors, and strengthening client relationships. The Assistant Sales Manager will also play a key role in providing market feedback on products and pricing, while guiding the sales team and supporting distributors to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales quotas (QS and QB) as per the plan set by the Sales Director. Support distributors in meeting their assigned sales targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the Sales Director. Develop new markets and opportunities to enhance sales performance. Provide clear technical and commercial orders for processing. Lead consulting coverage, organize seminars, and arrange factory visits. Manage and guide assigned Application Engineers. Share constant feedback with management on market trends, product needs, and pricing. Perform other sales-related activities as assigned by the Sales Director. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering . Minimum
10 years of experience
in the HVAC / Air Conditioning industry. Strong technical and application knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Packaged Units, VRF). Proven ability to manage distributors and develop new markets. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Results-driven with a collaborative team approach. Why Join Us?
