Senior Procurement Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Draft review and negotiate procurement contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts and supply arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define procurement needs and contract terms.
• Monitor contract performance, track key deliverables and resolve contract-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on procurement and contract management best practices.
