Key responsibilities :

Ensure smooth operations of the retail stores Supervise and train retail staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques Manage inventory and stock levels Create and maintain visual merchandising standards Implement strategies to achieve sales targets Handle cash transactions and reconcile sales Assist with ordering and receiving of merchandise Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence Maintain a clean and organized store environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
