Overview Support the activity of the store on an administrative level.
Main Responsibilities
Supervising all cash operations.
Managing stocks in order to prevent stock losses.
Checking all supplier invoices.
Transmitting all invoices for payment to Finance Department.
Be responsible for the maintenance of the customer database (cleaning, merging and capturing).
Preparation of any specific report required by the manager.
Order all specific items required by the boutique and validated by the manager such as stationary.
Follow up on all packaging reorders.
Assist the team for the preparation of sales.
Taking care of the repairs department in coordination with the sales associate in charge of it.
Check the turnover of the boutique.
Investigate any discrepancy.
Organize reception of the deliveries.
Take care of unsolved delivery issues.
Check that all items have security price + tags.
Prepare and manage the annual inventory.
Organize Private sales.
Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Administration or Secretary.
Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system.
Ability to work varied hours / days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails heavy lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
Previous retail stock / shipping / receiving experience.
