Job Purpose / Objective Supervise and coordinate project logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities under departmental SOPs and directions. Monitor inventory levels for the product segment against demand and supply within the assigned area.
Description Job Purpose / Objective Supervise and coordinate project logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities under departmental SOPs and directions. Monitor inventory levels for the product segment against demand and supply within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Supervise all activities related to project logistics and ensure continuous improvement for all KPIs.
Implement operational policies and procedures, ensure team adherence, and support quality / accreditation teams for JCI / CBAHI deployment and compliance.
Ensure documentation of control procedures is enforced and maintained as part of daily management.
Supervise proper inventory storage, ensure temperature control, and monitor standards in warehousing and distribution as per JCIA / CBAHI requirements.
Monitor FIFO and product expiry, and report regularly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards daily.
Manage assets and maintain store standards.
Update records daily in the system.
Supervise timely documentation submission to finance for payments, and control non-stock and fixed assets deliveries.
Ensure proper receiving, movement, and disposal of fixed assets and consumables according to policies.
Oversee warehouse functions : receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing supplies, and maintaining buffer stocks.
Supervise stock issuance during emergencies, monitor re-order levels, and manage return stocks.
Plan and prepare annual inventory according to policy.
Arrange transportation for deliveries on time.
Ensure all fixed assets are barcoded.
Maintain physical inventory matching book values.
Ensure timely receiving and delivery, with maximum supplier satisfaction.
Coordinate with main store / purchasing for out-of-stock items.
Implement SLAs with internal and external customers.
Monitor staff performance and provide strategic inventory planning support.
Manage inventory planning with domestic and overseas suppliers, report to management regularly.
Supervise planning team to ensure on-time PO placement, expedite shipments, and manage lead-times.
Plan staff schedules and vacations, ensure compliance with policies and values.
Participate in and lead person-centered care initiatives.
Enhance patient experience with compassion, respect, and dignity.
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
Requirements Education / Professional Qualification
Diploma Holder; preferably with Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Five (5) years’ relevant experience in related field.
