Project Manager VACP - (RC)

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager VACP - (RC) to join our dynamic team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional programs in line with Vision 2030. The Project Manager VACP - (RC) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the VACP (Value-Added Construction Process) projects, ensuring effective project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage all phases of project planning and implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute projects in accordance with client specifications and requirements Lead project teams and manage resources to ensure project objectives are met Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Oversee project documentation and reporting processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on construction-related projects Strong understanding of VACP methodologies and principles Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficient in project management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred
