One of our clients is looking for a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our marketing agency. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing and growing marketing or advertising companies, with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company’s long-term vision, driving growth, ensuring profitability, and positioning the agency as a leader in the market. This role requires an innovative leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of navigating a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the company’s long-term and short-term strategic vision.
Oversee all departments including marketing, sales, campaigns, influencer management, finance, and HR.
Develop and execute strategies that strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and major advertising agencies.
Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient allocation across all departments.
Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the company.
Lead, inspire, and mentor the executive team to achieve high performance.
Represent the company with stakeholders, partners, and official entities.
Requirements & Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or advertising, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven record of successfully managing and scaling marketing agencies or advertising firms.
Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing : influencer marketing, digital campaigns, advertising, and brand management.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
Strong business network within the local and regional marketing ecosystem.
