Principal EBS SCM Consultant – Oracle We are looking for a Principal EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. The role involves maintaining and supporting customers’ eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud / SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products, developing, integrating and implementing application components including front‑end development, internal database integration and OTBI Reports. The consultant will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.
What You Will Do
Act as a technical team leader and coach team members in relevant skills, recognizing contributions of others.
Assess and analyze customers’ business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives.
Assist customers in their overall Journey to Cloud.
Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.
Serve as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to ensure customers make informed, cost‑effective, quality and reusable decisions.
Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and / or on‑premise solutions to customers and other Oracle team members.
Support multi‑cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
Ensure successful handover from implementation to operations, making sure the solution fits customer requirements.
Maintain the solution to meet customer demands on various platforms (on‑premise, cloud, hybrid).
Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to ensure technical streams are well managed.
Act as the main contact for new business opportunities, supporting the presales team and promoting Oracle product sales.
Lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.
Help customers use and maximize the value of our company’s offerings.
Job Requirements, Skills and Qualifications
Professional experience with EBS and Fusion SaaS, especially the SCM track, handling projects such as Oracle SCM Cloud, Payroll, and Cloud ERP as a technical specialist.
10+ years delivering Oracle solutions and / or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Experience delivering services both remotely and on‑site.
Experience as a specialist, developer, or similar role focused on cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
Proficiency in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong written and verbal communication.
Undergraduate or higher degree, or equivalent work experience.
Positive, resilient, and creative mindset with an open and agile attitude.
Innovative, with the ability to mature proposals into solutions.
Strong problem‑breakdown skills for assessment and recommendation.

Responsibilities
10+ years implementation experience of Supply Chain Management solutions On‑Premise.
At least 4 years implementing SCM applications.
Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
Experience in Procurement modules : Self‑service procurement, Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal.
Experience in Logistics modules : Inventory, Costing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Manufacturing, Maintenance.
Experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain products : Order Management, Planning & Manufacturing, SLA, Costing, Procurement and Fulfillment.
Design and develop OTBI reports; write basic data extraction queries using SQL.
Experience with CX a plus.
Review Oracle EBS quarterly functional updates, map to business needs, test, validate, and deploy.
Engage in pre‑sales activities and technical proposal writing.
