We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Field Service Dispatcher

to join our team, based in either Bahrain, Saudi Arabia or UAE Office. This role provides dedicated support to the Field Service Organization and our customers, ensuring the smooth execution of field service operations worldwide. The primary goals include meeting assignment deadlines through on-time mobilization of personnel, coordinating all-round travel logistics, and fulfilling customer requirements for personnel documentation to ensure seamless site access. Working under the direction of the Supervisor Travel & Assignments and in close collaboration with Field Service Operational Management, the Field Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, coordination, and effective communication. Job Duties / Responsibilities Track and manage field service assignments to ensure timely mobilization of personnel and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate manpower and resource logistics, including all-round travel arrangements for individuals and large groups. Handle and manage posted workers documentation for customer site access, including work permits, visas, and other required compliance measures. Ensure compliance with legal immigration requirements worldwide, including timely coordination and management of visas and work permits. Administer HSE, QA, and HR documentation via portals, ensuring effective "Portals document administration" for compliance purposes. Plan and oversee the renewal and validity of personnel documentation, ensuring proactive tracking, reviewing, and planning. Assist in resources scheduling and planning to optimize field service operations. Maintain effective communication with field personnel and management, primarily through remote channels. Ensure alignment with customer requirements, including detailed preparation and coordination of documentation for site access. Required Skills / Candidate Profile Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar coordination role, preferably in a field service or industrial setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle "all-rounder logistics" for both small and large-scale operations. Knowledge of global immigration requirements, including visa and work permit processes. Proficiency in managing and administering HSE, QA, and HR documentation through online portals. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in tracking and renewing personnel documentation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote interactions with diverse teams and clients. Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, planning, and documentation management. Ability to solve problems and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to dynamic operational needs and changing priorities.
