Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition and onboarding processes, facilitating professional development programs, addressing workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves building a positive work environment that supports employee growth and aligns with organizational goals.

• Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality, real estate, or tourism sector preferred
