Civil Engineer for IndustrialWastewater Treatment Plant Project in SaudiArabia

Location : Jubail Industrial City

ProjectDuration : 38 months

RotationSchedule : 91 days on / 16 daysoff

Work Hours : 10 hours / day6 days / week

About theRole

Join our Owners Engineering team to oversee theconstruction and commissioning of a major industrial wastewatertreatment plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is idealfor a seasoned civil engineer ready to contribute to a highimpactEPC project with significant challenges andrewards.

KeyResponsibilities

SuperviseEPC Contractor activities onsite ensuring adherence to quality andtechnical standards.
Review comment and approveengineering specifications and technicaldocuments.
Monitor and update the Project Schedule and track key projectmilestones.
Conduct site inspections includingQuality Inspections and commissioningactivities.
Supervise the startup phase verifyperformance guarantees and ensure plantreadiness.
Identify defects and verifycorrective actions by the EPCContractor.
Represent the Owner in meetingswith contractors vendors andstakeholders.
Manage spare parts and specialtoolsinspection.

RequiredSkills &Competencies

Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering (relevant field) from a recognizeduniversity.

Experience : 7 years in EPC project management with at least 5 years ofconstruction and site experience and 2 years in a managementrole.

IndustryExpertise : Strong background in Oil & GasPetrochemical or Wastewater Treatment sectors with majorinternational project experience(>

100M).

TechnicalKnowledge : Familiarity with American standards (ASMEAPI ASTMASHRAE).

Preferred : Bidding / tendering FEED design interface management and knowledge ofinternational contract standards (FIDICNEC).

Middle EastExperience : Required.
