Our client is a leading global consulting firm, helping the world's top businesses, governments, and organizations. They are seeking to hire a Senior Collection Specialist at their office in Riyadh.

Reports to :

  • Finance Team Lead
  • Financial Projects Control Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Follow up on collections through on-site client visits in coordination with the handling officer to expedite payments and reach monthly cash targets.
  • Identify and resolve issues delaying payments by exploring with clients.
  • Obtain and track payment orders from clients to follow up with the Ministry of Finance.
  • Update the team regularly on invoice and payment request statuses by checking the Etimad portal and updating trackers.
  • Upload invoices and documents on client portals and inform relevant teams of the status.
  • Support audit requests by completing deliverables such as balance confirmation letters to clients.
  • Keep partners informed about updates related to project receivables.
  • Forecast monthly payment expectations based on the Accounts Receivables report from the AR supervisor.
  • Follow up on aged outstanding invoices to resolve disputes and raise issues to the handling officer.
  • Process administrative documentation required for payments, including invoices, contracts, legal documents, and reports.
  • Deliver project contracts to clients for signatures.
  • Maintain proper communication with clients, respecting Saudi culture, and fostering good professional relationships.
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • University Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
