Overview
محاسب موقع – شركة مقاولات الموقع : جدة مشروع تحت التنفيذ الهدف من الوظيفة : متابعة العمليات المالية والمحاسبية في موقع المشروع وضمان دقة تسجيل المصروفات اليومية والتقارير المالية بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة والإجراءات المعتمدة. Responsibilities
تسجيل جميع المصروفات اليومية الخاصة بالموقع (مشتريات، رواتب عمال، معدات، مواد، إلخ). إعداد سندات الصرف ومتابعة توقيعاتها والاحتفاظ بالأصول. رفع التقارير المالية اليومية / الأسبوعية / الشهرية للإدارة المالية. المطابقة بين الصرف الفعلي والميزانية المعتمدة للمشروع. متابعة العهد المالية مع مشرفي الموقع والمهندسين وضبطها. إعداد وتسوية القيود المحاسبية الخاصة بالموقع. التنسيق مع الموردين المحليين لمتابعة أوامر الشراء والفواتير. حفظ الفواتير والمستندات المالية بشكل منظم وأرشفته. المساهمة في عمليات الجرد الدوري للمخزون في الموقع. الالتزام بتعليمات الإدارة المالية وسياسات الشركة. Salary
الراتب : يتراوح بين 4,000 إلى 3,000 ريال سعودي شهريًا، حسب الكفاءة والخبرة. Reporting
الجهة المسؤولة : يرفع تقاريره إلى المحاسب العام أو المدير المالي للشركة. Qualifications
المؤهلات والمتطلبات : درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كمحاسب، ويفضل في قطاع المقاولات. إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وخاصة Excel. معرفة جيدة ببرامج المحاسبة (مثل : QuickBooks، أو Zoho Books، أو ERP). قدرة على العمل في موقع المشروع وتحمل ضغط العمل. مهارات تنظيم وتوثيق عالية. الالتزام بالمواعيد والدقة في العمل.
