Baker

Overview Bakery position involving preparation, production, and cooking of breakfast breads, breads, rolls, and some treats, plus pizza. Responsibilities include decorating and displaying finished items, proper saving and packaging of baked goods, maintaining production documentation, cleaning and replenishing workstations, ensuring equipment sanitation, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times.

Responsibilities

Prepare, produce, and cook breakfast breads, breads, rolls, and some treats, including pizza

Decorate and display finished items

Ensure all baked goods are saved and packaged properly

Maintain documents related to distributions, stock, and production levels

Cleanse and replenish workstations and ensure all equipment is sanitized

Analyze the quality of resources before baking to ensure consistency with established standards

Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized at all times

Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and resource management

Demonstrate good preparation and organizational skills

Maintain an organized and tidy work area

Aid team with preparation and execution of recipes

Preferably with Gulf experience
