About the role What you'll be doing

The Sales Associate is responsible for strengthening brand exposure in point of sale, consistently demonstrating benchmarked brand filter standards, improving brand knowledge and sales techniques, establishing and maintaining customer relationships and achieving individual targets while contributing to store targets.

Job responsibilities

Demonstrate a positive attitude and frame challenges as solvable opportunities.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, security and safety.

Maintain ongoing product knowledge in coordination with the Department / Boutique or Floor Manager.

Monitor and report sales results; manage client stock assortment.

Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer-focused standards, set work pace and deliver on departmental / store goals.

Be a participative, helpful associate and a willing team player.

Mentor new Sales Associates when required by leading by example.

Be courteous and professional in dealings with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Record and maintain all customer information and preferences.

Follow grooming standards as mentioned in the Associate Handbook.

Merchandising responsibilities as applicable (L1).

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or Diploma / Certificate

Minimum of 1 year retail experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
