We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to lead client relationship management, drive revenue growth, and oversee the successful delivery of our products / services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in client services, account management, and team leadership.

Time Zone : ( GMT +3 ), Riyadh , KSA .

In this role you will :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain relationship with project consultancy companies for office fit out projects.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, proposals, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

About you :

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Industry-specific experience (tech, IT, AV, electronic security).
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales / account growth targets.
