to join their dynamic team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement event programmes aligned with the event’s positioning and values.

Conduct in-depth speaker research, outreach, and invitation management.

Collaborate with marketing and database teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Prepare programme and speaker-related reports and documentation.

Innovate session formats, topic angles, and concepts to enhance programme impact.

Stay up-to-date with global news, trends, and emerging ideas to inform content development.

Engage confidently with senior clients and speakers, representing the brand with professionalism.

Contribute to business development presentations and strategic planning.

Requirements

Proven experience in programme development for events, either within a specific sector or across multiple sectors.

Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to conduct insightful conversations.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering exceptional results.

Experience in the GCC region is a plus, but not mandatory.
