Responsibilities
- Probation and Confirmation of new employees : monthly monitoring based on joining date and end of probation period; develop and maintain a probation confirmation list; ensure that increments after probation take effect in the 6th month with approval; coordinate line managers to send the Performance Appraisal form for self-appraisal and conduct appraisal meetings with the employee and the reporting manager.
- Job Scorecards : ensure Job Descriptions are aligned with the position by preparing Job Scorecards that define the position’s role, accountability, and KPIs.
- Induction Process : assist in induction of new employees and conduct joining formalities such as biometric registration, bank account forms, employee contracts and location details.
- Buddy Program : follow up with new joiners within their first 6 months and implement a Buddy Program to assist new joiners within their first 3 months.
