MAYEKAWA established its business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (located at Al-khobarKhobar) in 2016, and we are looking for an After-Sales Service Executive to join our Service team, who is passionate about providing the best support and service for our customer. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity! Responsibilities

Maintenance for screw and reciprocating compressor for refrigeration system. Commissioning and start up work for refrigeration system. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Resolve post-purchase issues, including product replacements and repairs. Coordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on the issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions of the issues. Monitor customer’s feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Provide continuous product-related information and assistance to the customers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering required. Proven experience in an After-Sales Service role and / or Mechanical Engineering for at least 3 years. Effective Communication with customers and company personnel. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, continuous improvement mindset. Fluency in English, both speaking and writing. Holding a valid Driver’s license is preferred. About the company
