Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the very first point of contact.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support
Manage the booking process, including making and amending reservations, handling group bookings, and processing contracts and payments
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities
Monitor and analyze reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics
Implement and maintain efficient reservation systems and procedures
Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key partners
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Participate in revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and profitability
Prepare regular reports on reservations performance and guest feedback

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Reservations Supervisor or minimum 2+ years of experience as a Reservations Agent

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and guest services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued

Flexibility to work varying shifts

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
