Steer Studios is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. As Financial Analyst, s / he will work closely with Finance Business partner and accounting team to oversee and manage various financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of SGG financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads and executives to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze budget‑to‑actual variances, providing insightful explanations and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial projections and long‑term financial plans.
• Prepare and submit monthly mobile and console Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to department heads.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and insights.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommending appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed projects, initiatives, or investments.
• Streamline financial processes and workflows, leveraging technology and automation where applicable.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and accounting standards, proactively recommending changes or updates to existing policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain policies for financial reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity management.
