About the Role

We’re seeking an AI Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that guide design, development, and delivery. You will analyze current processes, identify gaps, define workflows, and ensure each automation use case delivers measurable business value.

What you will do

• Lead requirement gathering, clarification, and alignment with enterprise stakeholders
• Translate high-level business needs into structured requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Own BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and requirement traceability across multiple work streams
• Design detailed as-is and to-be workflows with clear logic, branching, and decision paths
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and business constraints early
• Guide product, engineering, and QA teams on business rules and logic interpretation
• Validate end-to-end workflows and outcomes before release to ensure business value and ROI
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate documentation, discovery, and analysis standards
• Ensure alignment between business, product, engineering, and QA
