Overview

GRO mission is to ensure seamless processes around all areas of government relations for all employees of GS Arabia in compliance with labour law and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Following, renewal, and maintenance of all company documents such as CR, etc.
• Process all types of visas including employment visas, business visas, and exit / re-entry visas for employees.
• Responsible for all governmental platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, MOL).
• Renew and issue employee Iqama.
• Add and delete employees from the GOSI system.
• Stamp letters from the Chamber of Commerce.
• Manage payments for government platforms.
• Update passport information in government platforms.
• Upload the wage protection file in Mudad.
• Manage employee contracts in Qiwa and Mudad.
• Prepare HR letters.
• Support travel requests for employees (exit / re-entry, approve business trips in the system, review invoices from agencies).
• Manage leave requests.
