Microsoft Pre-Sales Engineer

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience. Proven experience in product management and pre-sales, particularly with Microsoft products and services. Excellent problem-solving. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power BI, analytic tools) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, AI product, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI etc.
- Collaborate with end user, professional service team, and sales teams to ensure successful products selling.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
