Execute, supervise, and coordinate all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system works at site in line with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Ensure timely delivery of installations, testing, and commissioning while maintaining quality and supporting the overall MEP project objectives. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements. Provide inputs to Human Resources on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure. Support the development of KSA national employees across the function to achieve corporate objectives, Saudization targets, and promote knowledge sharing to strengthen internal capabilities. Manage and conduct the affairs of the function with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety, and corporate governance. Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics policy and promote company values across all team members, fostering a strong people culture and ethical business practices. Enhance adoption and utilization of systems and ERP. Identify and track KPIs for the ELV team and develop improvement initiatives. Strive to streamline and refine policies, operational processes, systems, and procedures. Supervise and coordinate site installation of ELV systems including but not limited to (ICT, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Structured Cabling, Public Address, IPTV, Intercom, etc.). Monitor and assign ELV site works in line with company policies, procedures, and approved drawings. Conduct ELV team briefings to ensure site personnel understand all technical and safety requirements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in line with contract and company requirements. Coordinate QC activities with other departments, consultants, and clients to ensure timely inspections and approvals. Oversee scheduling of manpower, materials, and equipment for ELV installation, testing, and commissioning. Act as the main liaison with specialist subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives for ELV works. Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure their work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Review and evaluate ELV shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements prior to consultant / client submission. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and assist in tracking project milestones. Support testing, commissioning, and snag closing for timely project handover. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communications Engineering. 6 - 8 years of experience in ELV systems execution in large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of ELV systems installation, integration, and commissioning. Familiarity with codes and standards (NFPA, IEC, SBC, local authority requirements). Good understanding of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and project specifications. Site supervision and coordination skills, with ability to manage technicians and subcontractors. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; Revit / BIM exposure is an advantage. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Solid grounding in project and construction management principles. Strong site execution, troubleshooting, and coordination capabilities. Sound knowledge of HSE and QA / QC requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
