Shear International Co. Ltd is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor in its Steel Foundry & Iron Casting Factory in Jeddah KSA. The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of plant machinery and equipment. This includes overseeing repairs, preventive maintenance, and installation tasks while ensuring adherence to safety standards and minimizing production downtime in a heavy industrial environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :

🔧 Mechanical Maintenance & Repairs :

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for mechanical systems such as conveyors, pumps, compressors, hydraulic presses, molding machines, furnaces, and cranes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and ensure timely repair of equipment to avoid production delays.
• Oversee the alignment, lubrication, welding, and fabrication work as required.
