Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in a hospital / healthcare environment. Proven track record in managing hospital clinical systems and RCM applications. Strong understanding of hospital IT infrastructure, networking, and commissioning requirements. Experience managing IT service desks using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM tools. Experience in healthcare compliance frameworks and IT governance. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of HIS / EMR systems and hospital billing / RCM workflows. Proficiency in ITIL-based service delivery and ITSM tool administration. Project management skills for hospital commissioning activities. Familiarity with integration standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
