IT Operations Manager

الوصف الوظيفيIn-depth knowledge of HIS / EMR systems and hospital billing / RCM workflows. Proficiency in ITIL-based service delivery and ITSM tool administration. Project management skills for hospital commissioning activities. Familiarity with integration standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in a hospital / healthcare environment.
- Proven track record in managing hospital clinical systems and RCM applications.
- Strong understanding of hospital IT infrastructure, networking, and commissioning requirements.
- Experience managing IT service desks using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM tools.
- Experience in healthcare compliance frameworks and IT governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
