We're Hiring | Tendering Engineer Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Sector : Interior Fit-Out Projects Trispec is seeking a qualified Fit-Out Tendering Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tendering for high-end interior fit-out projects, with a strong grasp of technical documentation, market pricing, and supplier coordination in the Saudi construction industry. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out tendering within the construction or interiors sector In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, scope packaging, and RFP development Strong familiarity with Saudi local vendors and suppliers, including material and subcontractor pricing Ability to review and interpret architectural and ID drawings, project specifications, and contract documents Demonstrated experience in coordinating with technical, procurement, and design teams to compile comprehensive tender packages Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and tendering / estimation tools such as PlanSwift, Candy, or similar High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commercial awareness
