Overview
Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing and developing commercial partnerships in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to accelerate growth of Getty Images products and services.
The Sales team works to grow our customer base across all regions by understanding how visual content plays a part for our customers' businesses—and how our products and services can help them overcome challenges, elevate their message, and achieve their goals.
Who You Are
- You seek out and develop new revenue streams within target segments and customers as it relates to Getty Images’ commercial strategy and all its products and services, enabling sustainable financial growth
- Are you adept in utilising a combination of sales, strategy and deal making experience in order to identify and build relationships with senior stakeholders across the sport, entertainment, culture and corporate sectors? - Previous experience operating within the KSA is crucial to the role

Your Next Challenge
Build a target list of leads in their target segment / organizations and purposefully track down opportunitiesAcquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, including interactions with our competitorsAggressively sell to these leads, building lasting professional relationships with new contacts up to C-suite level by proposing solutions or bundles of solutions that meet their needsDemonstrate consistent daily habits of progressing leads through sales stages including implementing detailed next steps for each opportunityDemonstrate a strategic approach to developing the target segment or customer, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline of sufficient size to exceed budgetImplement business strategy across the target segment whether cross-selling, upselling, discount management, optimally raising pricing or bringing new, fee-based products or features to marketAuthor detailed selling plans minimum twice yearly, outlining specific targets, contact strategy, KPIs for success and points of adjustmentConsistently deliver required business reports accurately and on timeMeet required monthly Salesforce CRM KPIsUpload a forecast (Outlook) that is + / -10% of what is delivered in the monthWhat You'll Need
Sell in a systematic, methodological way using a process driven approachProven experience (minimum 3 years) using Salesforce or equivalent CRM systemDemonstrated experience of and comfort with Salesforce Engage, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed time management and organization skillsCommercially aware and data numerateCompetent in use of Excel and other reporting toolsSkilled networker, able to reach senior and C-suite contactsEffective, influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills able to engage effectively through all media, from in-person to virtualCollaborates effectively with internal Getty Images SMEs and colleagues in other segments / departmentsAt least 7 years of sales representative experience in a SaaS or Consumer Goods environment is preferredCan quickly acquire or has developed an industry understandingSelf-starting, proactive, self-motivated, works effectively with minimal supervisionBrings curiosity and inquisitiveness to interactions with potential customersEmpathetic, with well-developed active listening as well as questioning skillsDemonstrates a growth mindset through commitment to continuous professional development; seeks regular coaching and feedback on customer interactions (in person or recorded)Driven to succeed and competitive : circumvents barriers, consistently aiming to exceed 100%Leads by example and “pays it forward” by embodying sales professional best practice and mentoring other sales employeesAbout Getty Images
