Your new role

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section to ensure work processes are executed according to design, in compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing practices and regulations to maintain high product quality.
• Coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency and achieve production targets.
• Quickly address and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Review and approve change requests to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality risk management procedures to reduce potential risks.
• Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate actions before product release.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization and enhance cost-effectiveness.
• Generate and analyze production reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and training of production staff to improve skills and ensure adherence to standards.
