Senior Program Manager

Clean Energy Transitions : Advancing technologies for renewable and efficient energy solutions. Water and Agriculture : Developing methods to enhance water conservation and sustainable agricultural practices. Lead program implementation to deliver outcomes, exceed client expectations, and meet or surpass profit targets. Oversee up to 2 direct reports and a mix of contractors / project-based resources to ensure effective program execution. Serve as the primary client contact, proactively addressing needs and ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term satisfaction. Effectively manage program resources (time, budget, personnel) while maintaining high standards of governance, quality, and confidentiality. Implement the program to deliver outcomes and client satisfaction, while ensuring profit target is met or exceeded. Manage up to 2 direct reports and a team of contractors and project-based resources. Establish and cultivate exceptional client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and proactively addressing client needs to ensure their satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Develop and lead vibrant and productive program(s), leveraging an extensive network and deep knowledge of local ecosystem players, while also managing cohort dynamics, communications, and program design to drive desired outcomes. Manage program resources and operations effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of time, budget, and efforts while maintaining strict adherence to governance frameworks and quality standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, focusing on open communication, personal growth, and work-life balance, while maintaining a dependable presence within the team. Ensure maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and treat all information received from AstroLabs in the course of performing the Supply Services as Confidential Information. Expert in managing large, complex programs with a focus on exceptional client experiences. Proven track record in designing and managing high-impact programs. Proficient in financial forecasting, budget management, and margin optimization. Excellent communicator with the ability to manage and influence senior clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Skilled in adapting program design to align with client needs and strategic objectives. Capable of building scalable program assets and frameworks to enhance delivery and knowledge sharing. Effective leader with the ability to motivate teams, manage cross-functional programs, resolve conflicts, and drive business growth. Minimum of 5 years with a proven track record in managing complex projects or delivering strategic consultancy services. Proven practical experience in project management and demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results is highly valued. A deep understanding of local market dynamics, business practices, and cultural nuances in KSA is essential for effective program delivery. Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong communication skills in both languages to engage with diverse stakeholders and clients. Educational qualification in (STEM) fields, providing a strong foundation for overseeing technical projects and innovation initiatives.

The Role
AstroLabs is looking to hire 2 Senior Program Managers for 2 separate programs.
1) A Senior Program Manager for a 4 month program in KSA with a client (Insurance sector) focused on Internal Innovation. It’s a strategic initiative designed to foster a culture of innovation among our client’s employees in Saudi Arabia. This 4-month program aims to empower participants to explore, ideate, and develop impactful solutions that address key business challenges, culminating in an exciting hackathon event.

2) A Senior Program Manager for a 12 month program in KSA with a client (Accelerator for the Industrial sector). This program is a collaborative initiative whose primary goal is to nurture and support startups in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region that are developing innovative solutions to address pressing sustainability challenges.
