Male Pilates Instructor | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We're recruiting a passionate and experienced male Pilates Instructor for a Pilates Studio located in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Package :

Tax-free basic monthly salary : up to US$ 3,500 (approximately 13,140 SAR)

Commission / Bonus : 15% for PT classes up to 40 per month and 25% above 40 classes

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Minimum 3 years experience

Fluent in English (required); Arabic (optional)

Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, Chair, and / or Clinical Pilates); additional certifications in yoga are a plus

Experience working in boutique or luxury fitness environments, leading group and private classes

Cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse cultures

Growth mindset with a desire for personal and professional development

Team player : energetic, charismatic, and collaborative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Lead and inspire engaging Pilates classes for groups and individuals, providing personalized corrections and encouragement

Design individualized exercise programs for members with specific goals or needs

Ensure studio readiness and maintenance of equipment

Demonstrate safe and effective use of Pilates equipment, ensuring correct form and technique

Guide clients through stretching routines to improve posture, flexibility, and health

Manage class schedules, communicate with members, and enhance their experience

Monitor members during sessions to correct form and prevent injury

Lead both mat and reformer-based classes for various skill levels

As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead transformative classes, guiding members to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, creating personalized experiences to support and empower clients on their fitness journey.
