Key Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of group classes including but not limited to :
- HIIT, Zumba, and other group exercise formats.
- Ensure the studio is set up appropriately prior to each class and maintain a safe, clean workout environment.
- Provide modifications and alternatives to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations.
- Motivate and engage members to ensure a positive class experience and encourage retention.
- Collaborate with fitness and club staff to optimize the group exercise schedule.
- Represent UFC Gym in promotional or community events when required.
