Company Description Al Sawaed Contracting Building Development is a reputable fitout contractor for banks offices hospitals and commercial centers Our vast experience stretches nation wide which has allowed us to distinguish ourselves through the successful completion of many high profile complex projects We offer high quality interior works and execute jobs on turnkey basis with quality materials such as demountable and movable partitions office furniture joinery suspended ceilings systems toilet partitions and acoustical wall panels and different kinds of flooring carpets vinyl Currently we are looking to hire an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team who will be carrying out the following Develop and implement projects execution strategies and ensure implementation of projects on time and within budget Lead engineering team on and off site Supervise monitor and report project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion Lead project progress meetings and coordinate with other departments Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects Control expenditures within limitations of project budget Monitor verify and enforce specification compliance of materials at various stages of project Manage material and manpower requirements Perform preparation of invoices variance and claims and client follow up Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors Prepare submittals for materials shop drawings time schedule and manpower organization Ensured a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives Undertaking site surveys and setting out sites Preparation of BOQs based on technical design drawings shop drawings and project specifications Supervising both foremen and subcontractors Act as a liaison with clients subcontractors and engineers of other disciplines Providing technical advise and solutions for problems on site Prepare site reports and other documentation Quantifying material for purchasing Prepare progress payments
