Principal Electrical Design Engineer

The Principal Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in electrical design for Surbana Jurong in the Middle East region. They play a critical role in leading the MEP design team, ensuring successful project execution, and delivering high-quality electrical designs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

• Lead and manage the MEP design team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's performance and achieve business objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and project managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
