The Role

In this position, you will design and deliver DGM's control systems and provide ongoing customer support to ensure reliable performance and world-class customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

• Design, plan, integrate, test, and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems.
• Perform installation, integration, and testing of hardware, software, and systems.
• Own troubleshooting efforts for variances and deploy resolutions promptly.
• Define project requirements through customer communication and coordinate with other departments.
• Serve as the primary systems engineer responsible for deploying complex control systems.
• Design networking and system / application configurations.
• Customize system, hardware, and network configurations based on customer needs.
• Provide customer support and assistance under maintenance and warranty agreements.
• Assist in creating training materials and project documentation as needed.

The salary range for this role is $77,900.00 - $97,400.00. This range is an estimate of the base compensation at the time of posting and may vary based on several factors. The role is eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical / dental / vision insurance, and retirement benefits for eligible employees.
