The Role In this role, you will design and deliver DGM's control systems and provide ongoing customer support to ensure reliable performance and world-class customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will contribute to project delivery excellence in support of utility customers in the energy generation, transmission and distribution industries.

Your Impact

• Project Technical Lead directly working with external customers delivering projects.
• Design, plan, integrate, test and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems.
• Evaluate contract specifications and define project requirements through customer communication and communicate the requirements to other departments as necessary.
• Provide networking and system / application design.
• Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration, and testing for projects.
• Customize system, hardware and network configuration based on customer requirements.
• Provide customer support and assistance per contract maintenance and warranty.
• Provide technical sales support of state-of-the-art power systems applications for real-time control systems, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist in creating training materials and project documentation as needed.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $115,100.00 - $143,900.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical / dental / vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
